How to Deposit and Withdraw with Solana: A Phantom Wallet Guide

Royalnav Editorial

The single most common question we get from players coming over from traditional casinos isn't about games — it's "how do I actually get money in and out?" Fair enough: if you've never used a crypto wallet, the first ten minutes are unfamiliar. After that, you'll wonder why you ever waited five days for a withdrawal.

This walkthrough uses Phantom, the most popular Solana wallet, but the steps are nearly identical in Solflare, Backpack or any other Solana wallet.

Step 1: Set up your wallet

Install Phantom as a browser extension or mobile app — only ever from phantom.com or your platform's official app store. During setup you'll receive a recovery phrase: twelve words that are your wallet. Write them down somewhere offline. Anyone who has these words has your funds; no legitimate service, including us, will ever ask for them. If a "support agent" ever does, you're talking to a thief.

That's genuinely the only dangerous part of the whole process, so we've said it early and plainly.

Step 2: Get SOL or USDC

You need something to play with. There are three common routes:

  • Buy inside the wallet. Phantom has built-in purchase options via card or Apple Pay / Google Pay. Fastest, slightly higher fees.
  • Buy on an exchange like Coinbase, Kraken or Binance, then withdraw to your Phantom address — cheaper for larger amounts. Make sure you withdraw on the Solana network.
  • Already have crypto elsewhere? Bridge or swap it. Phantom's built-in swapper handles most cases.

A note on choosing between tokens: SOL is the network's native asset and its price moves with the market. USDC is a dollar-pegged stablecoin — one USDC stays worth one dollar. If you'd rather your bankroll not fluctuate with crypto prices, deposit in USDC. We support both, plus USDT and popular tokens like JUP and BONK.

Step 3: Deposit

Two paths, depending on how you like to play. If you've created a Royalnav account, open the cashier, pick your token, and copy your personal deposit address. In Phantom, hit Send, paste the address, confirm — and by the time you're back on our tab the balance is credited, because Solana confirms in under a second.

Or skip the form entirely: click Play Now, choose Connect Wallet, and approve the connection in Phantom. Your wallet address becomes your login. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset.

Step 4: Withdraw

This is the part that still surprises people. Open the cashier, choose Withdraw, paste your Phantom address (or use your connected wallet in one tap), enter the amount, confirm. The transaction lands on-chain in well under a second, and the network fee is a fraction of a cent — not a percentage, an absolute fraction of a cent, whether you're moving $10 or $10,000.

There are no banking hours, no weekend delays, and no processor sitting in the middle deciding whether it likes gambling transactions today.

Common pitfalls to avoid

Three mistakes cover almost every support ticket we see. First, withdrawing from an exchange on the wrong network — always select Solana, not Ethereum, when sending SOL or USDC to a Solana address. Second, sending unsupported tokens to a deposit address; check the cashier's supported list first. Third, typos in hand-copied addresses — always paste, and for a first deposit consider sending a small test amount. Solana transactions are final; there's no "cancel payment" button, which is exactly why they can be instant.

That's the whole process

Set up once, and every future session is: open site, connect wallet, play, withdraw in one second. The learning curve is real but short — and it buys you permanent independence from the slowest part of online gambling. As always: deposit only what you're comfortable losing, and set your limits before the first bet, not after.
